Trefnant Village Hall (TVH) General Booking Terms and Conditions
Provisional Reservations If multiple dates are reserved as a precaution, a final decision must be confirmed within 2 working days. If no decision is received within this timeframe, all provisional reservations will be cancelled.
Payment Requirements All bookings must be paid in full within 7 days of the booking confirmation from TVH. If payment is not received, the reserved date and time slot will be cancelled and released for other clients.
Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the reserved date, the payment is non-refundable.
Special events (e.g. a wedding) TVH will require a 50% deposit with the balance paid in full at a time agreed between the hirer and TVH.
Rubbish Disposal All waste created by the hirer, is their responsibility and they will take it away with them. We do not have a contract for waste or recycling with the local council.
Noise The hirer shall ensure that noise is to a minimum, particularly late at night or early in the morning, to minimise disruption to our neighbours
End of hire The hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises in a clean and tidy condition.
